Notes of an Aesthetician

My approach as an aesthetician is one that combines science and holistic practices. Through this blending I am able to provide the most synergetic and efficacious ingredients to promote healthy and radiant skin. I believe good skin care is multi-faceted, incorporating mind, body, and spirit. With a disciplined skin care regimen, excellent sun protection, a healthy life style, and a vibrant spirit, beautiful skin is attainable for everyone.

I use products by Doctor's Dermatologic Formula, which blends scientifically-based dermatologic approaches with holistic disciplines from marine, herbology and botanical derivitives, enhancing each esthetic treatment. DDF has developed skincare prevention and restoration with the most pharmaceutical and holistic ingredients in mind. Using the three step approach—Cleanse, Treat,and Protect—provides vibrant and healthy skin.

I am also a trained as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, which is a gentle rhythmic massage technique used to stimulate the movement of fluids in the tissues.
